Bizzy Kidz Terms & Conditions of registration

Fees are expected to be paid weekly or monthly in advance within 7 days of receiving your invoice by standing order , nursery fees paid later than this (unless paying weekly), will incur a 10% surcharge.

Fees are payable for all childcare, once booked in and registered throughout all periods on bank holidays and for absences such as holidays, inset days, sickness and appointments.

Fees are expected to be paid at Christmas & New Year if our close days fall on your child’s session days.

On acceptance and booking of a Childcare place a registration fee is payable which is non-refundable.

If fees are more than 14 days in arrears Bizzy Kidz reserves the right to terminate agreement and placements; all fees then owed shall remain payable.Any charges incurred by Bizzy Kidz due to dishonoured cheques shall be payable by the parent in addition to an administration fee.

Extra sessions are charged at the sessional rate and will not be made into complete weeks

Lateness when collecting children from session times or stipulated times will be charged at £5.00 per five – ten minute period. You can however ring and inform us on lateness and book an extra hour at £4.85 as stipulated in fee information.
