Parents Questionnaires

At Bizzy Kidz our parents views, thoughts and feelings are highly important to us, parents are sent a questionnaire every 6 months which asks for feedback and their opinion on many different issues and aspects related to their child’s care and return it to us, each questionnaire is then responded to individually.
